I opened an account well over a week ago and was informed that a pin number would be mailed out automatically ...

I opened an account well over a week ago and was informed that a pin number would be mailed out automatically to me sso I could start receiving any winnings that I accrue. I haven't received it yet and would appreciate a prompt reply as to why not.
