Tried to download at least 6 times and still can't!
I have called tech support and they could not help you just ...

I have tried at least 6 times to down load your game now I give up !
I have called tech support and they could not help you just lost a good customer.I going to go to a new sight that works my old account number was (edited), I spend my money else where.
