Licensee complaint to Cryptologic: Very serious problems with the software. The majority of players have problems.
We have noticed that:
1) The majority of the clients do have some sort of technical problems while trying to play, or while playing the (edited) software.
2) There are a record number of days with negative results.
* For the technical problems, we know that you are working on them, and this should be better shortly.

All these makes you think. Is it better to have a bad software and make money or a good software and loose money?

With your software, it would appear like the more we will increase the traffic, and the more we will loose.

The technical problems and the negative results are serious issues that we did not expect.
