In Court in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Starnet Communications International Inc. was fined $100,000 on Friday, and pleaded guilty for running an illegal operation in Vancouver.
$6 million that were frozen by the RCMP after the raid in August 1999 were forfeit because they were proceeds of crime. If Starnet had more money in the bank accounts on that day, it is very likely that they would lose the whole lot.
Following the raid on August 20, 1999 , the crooks very quickly run away overseas, like criminals after they robbed a bank.
As the Canadian authorities don’t have jurisdiction outside of their own country, it is clear that they didn’t want to waste more time chasing criminal in countries like Antigua or St Kitts.
Nothing has changed for Starnet and World Gaming Plc. We are still dealing with the same crooks and thieves, and their problems are far from over.
The $1 Billion lawsuit did not go to trial as yet, and nnext week, an application will be filed in court to join World Gaming Plc to the Starnet lawsuit, because Starnet transferred its assets to World Gaming Plc to defraud its creditors, knowing it was in serious trouble.
The company didn’t change in the last few years, if anything, they got worse. The company is completely rotten and fully corrupted from the inside. They are not paying the players, the licensees and their affiliates, and we received a record number of complaints in the past few months. The company is extremely short of cash, and they are only surviving because they use the money the owe to other people for themselves.
Their software is junk and obsolete, and no decent licensee will sign up with these crooks, because he knows he will get robbed and also lose all his clients.
World Gaming and Starnet (same crooks) are now about two to three years behind their competitors, and they will never catch up now, it’s too late.
