These thieves tried to steal the domain name CryptologicSucks.com by filing a legal claim against the domain name itself. These crooks were hoping that by stealing the domain name, they would simply shut down the site, and hoped that the truth will be harder to propagate.
Lewis Rose and Cryptologic Inc. were so desperate to suppress the truth from being published, that they got their in-house lawyer, plus their outside lawyers, to work together on the complaint and the case. Their legal complaint was approximately 500 pages long, including the supporting documents, so the crooks had plenty of opportunities to explain their side of their story.
Not surprising for a company so heavily infiltrated by the Russian Mafia. These people are convinced that they are still in the ex Soviet Union, where they would send people to Siberia if they ever dared tell the truth, or would simply kill them to silence them.

Lewis Rose was offered the opportunity to explain specifically what was inaccurate or untrue, if anything, and he declined the offer. He was offered that his comments and answers will be published on the site, and he also declined the offer.
